I’ve been practicing for about 11 years. Ever since I can remember, people have told me, you have a knack for listening and you’re easy to talk to. I remember in high school, there was a year where we experienced many losses. I found myself wanting to sit with people and bear witness to their stories and experiences.

I have worked with all forms of trauma in my career. Over time, traditional talk therapy wasn’t serving my clients as well as I had hoped for them. I started to look at the brain and body in its connection to how trauma is lived out. I look at attachment and systems to really get to the heart of the struggle. I love seeing clients light up with the “aha” moment or allowing their bodies to release the shame and pain they’ve held onto for so long.
