Do you ever feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, but don’t know where to unload it all? You’re not alone. Life can throw some pretty hefty challenges our way, but here’s the thing – you don’t have to face them alone.
Growing up as a first-generation Canadian of South Asian descent and as a woman of color, I’ve journeyed through the maze of identity, facing the challenges that come with navigating intersecting cultures. It’s been a deeply personal experience – one filled with highs and lows, moments of clarity and confusion. Through my own trials and triumphs, I’ve come to intimately understand the rollercoaster of emotions, the uncertainty, and the longing for someone who truly gets it.
And I want to be that person for you – the one who truly gets it.
Picture this: a safe and welcoming space where you can simply be yourself – no pretenses, no judgments. That’s the kind of atmosphere I aim to create. I’m here to listen, without an agenda, without rushing to fix things. Think of me as your companion on this journey, someone who walks alongside you, offering support and understanding as you explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, battling the blues, feeling stuck in a rut or overwhelmed by life’s challenges, I’m here to help you find your way forward.
My approach is all about collaboration and empowerment. I believe in the power of connection – the kind that fosters trust, authenticity, and growth. Rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive principles and a person-centered approach, our sessions will prioritize your unique needs and experiences. With a sprinkle of empathy, a dash of humor, and a whole lot of heart, we’ll work together to create a roadmap towards your healing and transformation.
So, are you ready to embark on this journey towards a brighter tomorrow? I invite you to connect with me. Let’s take that first step together!

When we feel supported to share our stories truly remarkable things can happen. Therapy can provide the time and space to explore who you are, how your story began, and where you’d like it to go. It offers connection and perspective as you navigate your internal and external world. My practice emphasizes respect, warmth, and integrity at the heart of this collaborative process.
There are innumerable reasons why we consider therapy, and each one is valid and worthy of care. Feelings of depression or anxiety, challenging relationships, reduced self-worth, difficult decisions at work, home, or school, or major life transitions can all tax our abilities to cope. Whatever is on your mind, it will be met with empathetic, non-judgemental listening and an individualized plan that centres your wellness goals. Together we’ll decide which approaches, tools, and techniques best honour your unique experiences and perspectives. My therapeutic style is authentic and engaged, and draws upon evidence-based practices for solid, integrative support. Using a client-centred approach, we’ll explore building resiliency, practicing awareness, and letting go of unhelpful patterns.
Finding the right therapist for you is important. A brief consultation can help you decide if we’re well suited to work together. I look forward to connecting, and answering any questions you might have.

Hello, I’m Christina (she/her)
Wonderful to meet you! Here’s a little something about how I approach therapy.
Life is a beautiful journey filled with positives and joys, but it also comes with its share of challenges and setbacks. Remember that you’re not alone if you’re struggling with stress, feelings of inadequacy, worthlessness, self-doubt, or uncertainty. Therapy is a collaborative journey where we navigate life’s ups and downs together.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you deserve a space to express your thoughts and feelings freely. I’m here to help create that space for you. In this comfortable, non-judgmental environment, you can share your experiences without fearing your struggles being diminished or dismissed. Instead, you’ll find understanding, compassion, and unwavering support. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and explore solutions to your challenges, encouraging new perspectives and approaches. You will receive steadfast support as we discuss and explore ways to handle these challenges effectively, working through them side by side. I am committed to understanding your unique story and supporting you in leading a life aligned with your values and beliefs. Your well-being is my priority.
I firmly believe in the power of empathy and active listening. I will not judge you for your life’s experiences. We are all human, and everyone is capable of both strengths and mistakes. My goal is to offer understanding and support, acknowledging that, as a human, I, too, am capable of similar experiences and feelings. This space allows you to feel accepted and supported, free from judgment.

Hey, I’m Andrea (she/her),
You’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected — wondering how you got here and how to find your way back to yourself.
Life’s challenges, whether they come from significant transitions, difficult emotions, or feeling out of step with your own needs, can leave you feeling uncertain and stuck. You may find yourself putting others first, feeling the pressure to meet external expectations, or struggling to reconnect with who you are. In these moments, reaching out for support is a courageous step toward deeper understanding and growth.
I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who feel the weight of societal expectations — particularly mothers balancing the demands of parenting while trying to hold onto a sense of self. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and the challenges that come with life’s transitions. Having supported postsecondary students for over 15 years, I deeply enjoy working with young adults who are seeking direction during this complex phase of life.
In our work together, my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we’ll delve into the underlying patterns that influence your feelings and behaviours, helping you gain insight into yourself and how you relate to the world. As you build this awareness, you may begin to feel more grounded and aligned with your true self, moving forward with greater clarity and emotional balance.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a genuine respect for each individual’s unique journey. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths and explore what truly matters to you. If you’re ready to begin this journey of self-discovery, I would be honoured to support you.

Hey! I’m Taylor.
When was the last time that you felt safe, heard, and connected to yourself and your desires? For many of us, pinpointing that last moment where we felt true connection can feel impossible. Past experiences, struggles with self-image, or the ongoing demands of life can all contribute to feeling disconnected from our inner sense of security, leaving us unsure about our next steps. Maybe you’re grappling with emotions that no longer serve you in the present moment. I’m here to offer you a sanctuary—a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can pause, release the weight on your shoulders, and safely reconnect with your inner world.
As a recent immigrant to Canada, I have witnessed first-hand the importance of having connection in community. As I have navigated the process of finding community myself, my journey is driven by a deep desire to guide clients into reconnecting with themselves, their passions, and their communities in a holistic way. At the same time, I recognize the impact generational patterns and systemic pressures can have on our ability to prioritize our full well-being in a consistent manner. I aim to validate these struggles with you, while supporting you in creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful connection with yourself and those around you.
Together, we will work towards reclaiming your sense of empowerment, cultivating resilience, and fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and unwavering encouragement as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover your inner strength.
I am endlessly thankful that you’ve taken the time to consider me as a companion for your journey. I hope to hear from you soon!

Do you find yourself struggling to navigate life’s transitions while grappling with systemic barriers? Are you looking for emotional support that promotes growth and healing without compromising your integrity? If so, you’re in the right place.
It can be hard for self-identified misfits—those of us who are wonderfully and unapologetically nerdy, witchy, queer, neurodivergent or chronically ill—to thrive in a society that was not built for us. Finding support that helps us move towards a meaningful and fulfilling life without sacrificing our values is often even harder. My goal is to help empower you to navigate these challenges with confidence and authenticity.
I believe true healing and growth come when your life and actions resonate with who you really are. Working within a feminist, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed framework, we will collaborate on identifying and pursuing alignment with your core values. Together, we’ll work to reframe your past and outline a new story that honours your voice and agency.
My journey began in academia, where I found that my life experience as a queer, neurodivergent woman clashed with the demands of a rigid system. My work in writing support ignited my passion to help others like you reclaim their narratives and thrive as their most genuine selves.
Let’s start crafting the story you’ve always wanted to tell.

Welcome! My name is Corina and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Congratulations on taking the first step in your healing journey by being here!
Life can be overwhelming, affecting every aspect of who we are; it changes how we think and feel, how we show up, and how we interact with the world. Struggling to cope in healthy ways can strain relationships, diminish our sense of self, and impact our overall well-being. We may react in ways that don’t feel authentic to who we are, lash out at others, put ourselves down, or suffer in silence. These struggles are universal but unique to each individual.
My practice is centred on fostering a genuine connection where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes. My approach is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing.
Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. You will gain a deeper understanding of what is happening in your life, how it affects you, and how we can align your goals with your values. Together, we can work towards a path of self-discovery and resilience, helping you live a more fulfilling life.
I work with a diverse population, including folks who struggle with substance use, addictive behaviours, and disordered eating. Members of the disability and LGBTQ2SIA+ communities are welcome, as well as older adults, trauma survivors, persons suffering from domestic violence and/or PTSD.
There is a tremendous healing power in having an empathic witness walk alongside you, and it would be an honour to work with you.

I am here to guide and support you on your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and growth.
As a Chinese Canadian, who grew up in Hong Kong and then later moved to Canada, I understand firsthand the difficulties of adapting to a new culture and navigating life as a person of colour. I value the importance in acknowledging the experiences of individuals from different walks of life. I believe every person is unique and has their own life story. That is why I am committed to cultivating connections rooted in empathy and curiosity to work towards understanding you better and how I can best support you.
A quote I love says, “To heal is to touch with love that which we previously touched with fear.” From my own personal experience with therapy, I understand how daunting entering therapy can be. Unpacking emotions and experiences can be uncomfortable. I am here to empower you to conquer the fear and recognize the innate wisdom and strength within yourself to help you love the parts of yourself that seem hard to love; develop self-awareness; as well as cope better with life’s stressors.
I will be with you every step of the way. Together, we will deepen your relationship with yourself and move towards living the life you envision for yourself with radical self-love and healing. I am excited to walk by you on your journey. Let’s do this together!

Hello, I’m Julia (she/her).
You have done all that you possibly can to “get better,” and resume your normal life, but it seems that nothing will budge. You’re stuck trying to work through old habits and patterns that just don’t seem to go away. I’ve been in your shoes, and I understand the difficulty of acknowledging that you have done your best, but may benefit from the support of a professional. It is daunting, nerve-wracking, and sometimes, shameful, and requires bravery and strength to move past the fear of opening up to others. If you have done all of the personal healing and feel like there is no end in sight, I’m here to help.
As a former therapy client, stemming from my struggles with anxiety and depression, I understand and acknowledge the difficulty of seeking help, and from that, I strive to provide empathetic, compassionate, and respectful therapeutic support for individuals of all diversifications.
Due to the wonderful therapeutic support that I have received in my life, my goal is to provide the same level of support and care to my own clients. I embrace techniques from a multitude of theoretical orientations, including Acceptance & Commitment (ACT) and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), to provide an integrative approach to healing and wellness.
With a positive outlook, a commitment to try, (and a bit of humour!), I am confident that together we will be able to help you get back to “you”!

Life doesn’t always go the way we intended it to go, and just like you, I have had my share of experiences that made it hard to see a better future. Psychotherapy can help you see that you do not have to struggle with your issues alone. Through my training and my own experiences, I understand that although we may all experience anxiety or depression we all have unique life experiences.
I understand the courage it takes to open up to someone, and I also understand the stigma around mental health struggles. So I want to remind you that I look upon you as a strong person for being here. When you become overwhelmed with negative feelings, I will remind you of the resilience you hold and the strengths you possess and have used throughout your life.
I hold a Hons. Degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor, and I am currently a student in the Masters of Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. I have been married for twenty years and have two children. One is biological, and the other is adopted. I have been through many life experiences, many of which have challenged me. Through therapy, I have been able to overcome and eventually celebrate those times.
As a therapist, my approach is client-centered, meaning that you are the expert in your life. I will use various therapy techniques in therapy that work for you and your needs, with the main focus being empathy, respect and understanding. I would be privileged to work with you to reach your goals.

I’ve been practicing for about 11 years. Ever since I can remember, people have told me, you have a knack for listening and you’re easy to talk to. I remember in high school, there was a year where we experienced many losses. I found myself wanting to sit with people and bear witness to their stories and experiences.
I have worked with all forms of trauma in my career. Over time, traditional talk therapy wasn’t serving my clients as well as I had hoped for them. I started to look at the brain and body in its connection to how trauma is lived out. I look at attachment and systems to really get to the heart of the struggle. I love seeing clients light up with the “aha” moment or allowing their bodies to release the shame and pain they’ve held onto for so long.
This is about whole life therapy. An integration of self, relationship, and community, so that we can shift the language from “What’s wrong with me” to understanding, “What’s happened to me?”
If you are ready, let me walk with you. Let’s journey together.

Life can be challenging. Change can be difficult. Knowing which steps to take to get unstuck can be overwhelming. Having someone to lean on for support and guidance could make this process more manageable. That’s what I’m here for!
Together, we can work on understanding the circumstances that led you here today. Whether it be stress due to juggling multiple roles, struggling to get out of bed or be around other people, trying to adapt to a new life after a painful loss, dealing with conflict in close relationships, or lacking a general purpose or direction in life, this could be your first step towards living the life you want.
Over the past ten years, I have worked with many adults struggling with a variety of issues and have seen how, with the right support, they were able to transform their lives. By building self-awareness and pushing to make small gradual changes, I have seen them move from dark and hopeless places towards lives filled with hope and meaning.
As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe, warm, and open space where you feel comfortable sharing your personal experiences. Together, we can look at what you want your life to look like and begin planning the steps needed to get you there. Over time, you can develop the tools needed to overcome your personal challenges and keep moving forward.
